Master blend aimee gibson has spent the past two years working with an inventory of whiskeys matured in wine barrels, part of a maturing experiment put in action by her boss, mast blende jim beverage, nearly a decade ago. Aimee realized that a very special common theme of enchanted flavors was possible from the use of wine barrels.
