The products presented on our website are not found in Brazil and are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in the USA, China, Sweden and Germany.

The estimated average delivery time for products is 4 to 8 weeks, with variations in the term by the Post Office, the Federal Revenue Service and possible problems with strikes at the Post Office, in addition to other factors beyond our control.

All purchases havetracking codewhich will be sent to the customer's email within 5 working days, which can be followed from the departure of the country of origin until the arrival at his residence.

Another important information is that the products arrive in Brazil at customs inspection in Curitiba and may be subject to taxation. If it occurs, the collection will be the responsibility of Store Wow.

Delivery is always made by the Post Office, however, in some cases, as absent recipient, regions with restricted delivery, among other reasons, the Post Office may leave a notice to pick up the products at the nearest branch to the address provided.

Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 30 days after postage.

If the order is for 2 or more products, they can be sent in separate freightand a tracking code will be issued for each product.

We ask attention to filling in the delivery address to ensure that it is made within the established deadline. Remembering that it cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the site, because within that period the product is already separated for shipping, and it will also not be possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours.

As it is an international order, the tracking information on the Correios website may occur between 5 to 20 business days after the tracking code information. Products damaged in transit are the responsibility of the postal services.

The fulfillment of the delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before confirmation of purchase, and if the product is returned by an incorrect address or insufficient data will be the responsibility of the customer. In case of attempted delivery by the Post Office without result, remaining in the agency available to be withdrawn, but not being returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of reshipment, the delivery period will be valid from the date of this confirmation that will be registered in the order register.

As it is an import service, any and all merchandise is subject to bureaucracy or customs taxation.

The companySTOREWOW take responsibilitypossible costs (fees, charges and taxes) added by the government. The customer who is taxed has 48 hours to contact the company, sending the completed document at the post office that corresponds to the tax.

In case of reshipment, a new delivery period will apply.
